Easy Sweet Potato Toast
Sweet potato toast with banana requires only three simple ingredients to make and only minutes of hands-on time to prepare! It makes a great snack or tasty gluten-free option for bananas and toast.

of a yam

banana
A pinch of cinnamon
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Cut yam in half lengthwise. Thinly slice using a sharp knife with slices about ¼ inch thick.
Place yam slices on a baking tray and bake for 20 minutes or until soft.
While the yam is baking, mash the banana in a small bowl.
When the yam is finished baking, top with mashed banana and sprinkle on a pinch of cinnamon.
