Ingredients
3cupsof pure oats
½cupof pumpkin seeds
½cupof banana chips
½cupof hazelnuts
½cupof almonds
¼cupof chia seeds
½cupof dried cranberries
2cupsof peanut butter
1cupof coconut oil
1cupof maple syrup
Instructions
Mix the peanut butter, maple syrup and coconut oil in a saucepan, on high heat, and let them combine nicely
When melted and mixed, add the mixture to the oats and let them coat nicely
Now add the rest of the ingredients and mix
Bake in the oven, set to 375 Fahrenheit, for about 30-40 minutes - mixing every 10 minutes so it all bakes even
Notes
As long as you keep the total equal (by volume) you can swap in and out on any of these ingredients. Make this granola your own! You can even split the recipe into two with different additions.
