Ingredients

fully ripe bananas

apples (grated)

of raisins

of brown sugar

of cinnamon powder

of chia seeds

of vegetable oil

of spelt flour

Instructions
Mash the bananas with the oil.
Add all the other ingredients and mix well.
Cook for about 50 minutes in a preheated oven to 375 Fahrenheit.
Serve and enjoy!
Notes
Cool completely, then wrap and freeze to have this snack available any time.
Frozen blueberries can be used. Just keep frozen and stir in at the last second so they don't bleed into the batter.
Try a gluten-free 1-to-1 flour blend.
