Heat oil in a large pot (with a lid) over medium heat.
Add onion, garlic, carrots, and celery, and sauté for 5 to 7 minutes.
Add split peas, water, and Knorr® Selects Vegetable Granulated Bouillon, cover with the lid, lower the heat to a simmer, and cook for 45 minutes. Uncover and cook for 15 minutes.
Serve garnished with salt and pepper.

Use any type or flavor of bouillon or broth in this recipe.
