Achieve super crispy Brussels Sprouts at home using your Air Fryer! They are garlicky, with perfectly crunchy outer layers and core so tender every bite is a delight to the senses. Tossed in a soy-balsamic sauce for an umami and tangy finish that will make you go for seconds!
Trim the ends of the brussels sprouts and cut them in half.
In a large bowl, toss the brussels sprouts, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper, until the brussels sprouts are evenly coated.
Place the halves in a single layer in your airfryer and cook for 7 minutes at 340 degrees F. Remove the basket and shake it, then cook again for 6 to 7 minutes at 340 degrees F.
Place them back into the large bowl and pour in the soy sauce and balsamic vinegar. Stir until evenly coated.
Choose uniformly-sized Brussels sprouts as much as possible so they cook evenly. If you have pieces that are smaller than the others, keep them intact. If some are bigger than the rest, cut them in quarters.
Adjust the cooking time depending on the size of the sprouts you have. Add a few more minutes if you have larger ones.
Always cook in a single layer to achieve that perfect crispiness. If your air fryer is on the small side, cook in batches instead.
Serve it immediately for best results. If the Brussels sprouts are left in the dressing too long, they will lose their crispiness. If you are making this in advance, keep the veggies warm and just toss them in the dressing before serving.
