Ingredients – 2 medium ripe avocados peeled and pitted – ½ tsp of salt – 2 ½ Tbsp of cocoa powder – 1 Tbsp of sugar – 1 Tbsp of maple syrup or agave – 1 ½ Tbsp of plant-based milk – Coconut shreds, (optional)

Instructions – Put all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. – Garnish with shredded coconut if using.

How to Make Ahead and Store? We recommend preparing this an hour in advance to allow it to chill in the fridge and for the flavors to meld and develop. Store the vegan chocolate mousse covered in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. If it separates slightly while resting, just stir it before serving again.
