Ingredients
1 1/2
pounds
of strawberries (one and a half cartons)
3
Tablespoons
of lemon juice
2
pinches
of salt
1/2
cup
of sugar
Instructions
Blend everything together
Preheat Over to 170°
If using muffin tins put 1/2 Tablespoon in each (maybe a TAD more) and til the pan so it distributes eavenly
If using a cookie sheet line it with a splat sheet (best method) or parchment paper
Spread the liquid over the pan and leave some space on the edges so it's easier to pull up when it's done
After 1.5 hours in the oven check the muffin tins to see if the are dried all the way. The cookie sheet will take closer to 3 hours.
After you slice it up you can roll them up in some parchment paper to make roll ups.
Notes
A super easy and yummy snack. This recipe made A LOT so think about cutting it in half. I’ll be having fruit leather for days and days.
