Adjust the texture: You can process the garden fresh salsa until fairly chunky or only slightly chunky. Alternatively, skip the food processor and chop the ingredients into uniform pieces of your desired size.
Adjust the heat: Lots of heat is stored in chili seeds, so if you’re using fresh chilies, adjust how much (if any) you use. Alternatively, use a hotter/milder chili.
