Ingredients
4
cups
frozen green seedless California Grapes
Juice of 2 to 3 juicy lemons
½
cup
cold water
1 ½
cups
ice
3
fresh mint leaves
(optional)
Instructions
Add the frozen California Grapes, juice of 2 lemons, water, ice, and mint leaves, if using, to a high-speed blender.
Blend for 1 to 2 minutes, or until smooth and slushy.
Taste the slushie. If you'd like a stronger lemon flavor, add the juice of the third lemon and blend again.
If the slushie is too thick, add a splash of water. If it's too thin, blend in a few more frozen grapes or a little extra ice.
Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
Add more frozen California Grapes or extra ice and blend if you want a thicker slushie. If you want to thin it out, add more cold water.
Freeze California Grapes completely. Make sure the grapes are fully frozen for a thick, icy texture.
Use a high-speed blender. A powerful blender helps break down the frozen grapes and ice into a smooth, even slushie.
Chill the glasses for a few minutes before serving to keep the slushie cold longer.
