In a small bowl, melt the vegan butter. Whisk in the brown sugar, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
Preheat the grill. Lightly oil the grates or spray with cooking spray. If using a grill pan, preheat over medium-high heat and spray lightly.
Brush the brown sugar mixture onto both sides of each pineapple slice.
Place the pineapple slices on the grill and cook for about 2 minutes on each side, or until grill marks appear and the pineapple is lightly caramelized.
Serve warm.
