This no-bake Peanut Butter Cracker Sandwiches recipe will allow you to make an awesome snack/dessert using 3 to 4 simple ingredients without doing much at all!
Crushed nuts or sprinklesfor decoration (optional)
Instructions
Create peanut butter sandwiches using peanut butter and crackers. Keep the peanut butter on the thinner side.
Melt the vegan chocolate chips and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Dip each peanut butter sandwich into the vegan chocolate and line them up on the baking sheet.
After coating all the cookies, put the tray into the fridge for 30-45 minutes. Keep chilled until you serve.
Notes
Vegan White Chocolate – instead of using regular vegan chocolate, you can replace it with this or use both of them! You can also use it to decorate your Peanut Butter Cracker Sandwiches by drizzling it on top of the chocolate coating too.
Top it with Sea Salt Flakes. That extra saltiness will go really well with the sweetness of the vegan chocolate and the richness of the peanut butter.
Jelly. For those who can’t enjoy peanut butter without jelly, it is easy enough to add a sweet jelly surprise in the middle of the sandwich.
Bananas. Add some sliced bananas together with the peanut butter filling to make them substantial and healthy.
Squares. You can substitute round crackers with graham crackers. They are slightly sweet but would still turn out amazing!
Sandwich Pops. Stick a bamboo skewer in once the sandwiches have hardened to make pops. This will make them easier and a lot less messy to enjoy!
