If you do not have vegan chocolate chips, you can use regular vegan chocolate blocks and just crush them into small chunks.
- Peanut butter – You can use the brand that you love! However, make sure that you are using the smooth type and not the chunky one. Using chunky peanut butter might work, but it can result in uneven and messy sandwiches.
- Snack crackers – we like to use Ritz or Late July for this recipe but use what you prefer. There are even some that already have peanut butter filling when you buy them. Using these can reduce your prep time further.

- Crushed nuts – Though this is an add-on, we love how they add a crunchy element to these mini cracker sandwiches. Use any type of nuts that you like, like peanuts, almonds, walnut, or cashew.
