1/2cupof fresh blueberries (frozen would probably work too)
1/2teaspoonof vanilla extract
1Tablespoonof shredded coconut
2Tablespoonsof maple syrup (or any sweetener)
1cupof coconut water and almond milk with slightly more coconut water than milk
1/2cupof fresh blueberries (ya another one)
Blend everything together except the oats and last 1/2 cup of blueberries, then mix in oats and second 1/2 cup of fresh blueberries
Put in a jar in the fridge and it will be ready in the morning (or 6ish hours later) I LOVE mine cold but you can heat it up if you like. You might need to add more liquid. Play around with proportion of liquid to suit your taste.
