Cook pizza crust according to package instructions. Allow to cool completely.
Evenly spread nut or seed cutter onto the Oggi’s Cauliflower Pizza Crust.
Decorate with fruit. Optionally drizzle with melted chocolate.
Notes
Slice the bananas right before you add them so they will still look fresh when you serve the fruit pizza. Or you can brush them with citrus juice to prevent them from browning sooner.
Follow the package instructions when baking the crust in the oven. Do not overbake, or your crust will turn hard.
Make sure the crust is completely cool before adding the nut butter. The butter might melt and seep into the crust if it is hot or warm.
