1(1-pound or 500 grams) carton of fresh strawberries
1 ½cupsof semi-sweet (non-dairy) chocolate chips
Instructions
Wash and pat dry the strawberries.
In a microwave-safe bowl, microwave the vegan chocolate chips in 30-second increments until thoroughly melted. Each time, stir well enough so the bottom doesn't burn.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Dip strawberries in melted vegan chocolate and place on parchment paper to cool.
Refrigerate for 15 to 20 minutes.

Notes
Use fresh strawberries: Ensure they’re room temperature and thoroughly dry (otherwise the vegan chocolate may seize) for the best results.
For a smoother chocolate coating: Add a drop of coconut oil to your chocolate before microwaving it.
To avoid condensation: Only chill the strawberries until set (15-20 minutes).
