Trim the ends of the brussels sprouts and cut them in half.
In a large bowl, toss the brussels sprouts, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper, until the brussels sprouts are evenly coated.
Place the halves in a single layer in your airfryer and cook for 7 minutes at 340 degrees F. Remove the basket and shake it, then cook again for 6 to 7 minutes at 340 degrees F.
Place them back into the large bowl and pour in the soy sauce and balsamic vinegar. Stir until evenly coated.
