Easy Lime Popsicles
These 3-ingredient
lime popsicles
are sweet, zesty, and perfectly refreshing for warm Spring and Summer days. They're also easy to make and fun to customize!

Ingredients
1 ½

of water
¼
cup
of sugar

tablespoon
of lime zest

cup
of lime juice
Instructions
Add the water, sugar, lime zest, and lime juice to a blender.
Blend for 2 minutes, or until the sugar is fully dissolved. Taste and add more sugar if desired.
Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
Freeze overnight, or until fully solid.
Remove from molds and enjoy!
Notes
If using granulated sugar:
It can help to mix it with hot water or heat the mixture in a small pan to dissolve the sugar.
To reduce mess:
Use a spouted jug or funnel when filling the popsicle molds.
Don’t overfill the mold
: Leave ½-inch empty at the top of the popsicle molds for potential expansion while the mixture freezes.
Amount needed may vary
: Based on the popsicle mold you use. Unsure of how much is needed? Pour water into the mold, then into a measuring cup/jug.
