2cupsof strawberries,thickly sliced, reserve some for garnish

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. and grease a 9x9 baking dish.
Place the bananas on the baking pan and mash them well. Add the plant-based milk, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Mix well and stir in the oats.
Fold in the berries and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove from the oven and allow it to sit for 30 minutes.
Serve and top with more berries and sprinkle of cinnamon.

To adjust the consistency: Simply adjust the ratio of liquid to oats based on whether you prefer a soft, casserole-like consistency or firmer baked oatmeal bars (that you can hold in your hands).
Adjust the sweetness: Since no eggs are in the mixture, try it before baking and add some sweetener, if preferred.
Grease the dish well: Otherwise, the oats can stick.
