Absolutely delightful little video (orange ginger tofu)! Will try it next week for sure! “Find something to do” LOL! Thank you for sharing; I discovered the difference of baking tofu in the oven instead of pan-frying it with the 30 minute vegan cookbook; really makes the marinade sink in.

Excellent video. Recipe looks great. I would reserve and heat some marinade to pour over the top of the baked tofu.
