6 Amazing Vegan Holiday Cookies

By : | Comments Off on 6 Amazing Vegan Holiday Cookies Category : Blog

Cookies are one of my favorite things about the holidays. I mean, who doesn’t love sugar cookies and peppermint chocolate chip cookies? I love them so much that I usually host a cookie exchange so I can try way more than I can bake. And gifts? They usually take care of more than half of my gifts to people. Over the years, I’ve tried many, and these are the best vegan holiday cookies around!

I’m keeping this list small and exceptional. I could easily feature a hundred recipes, but that’d be overwhelming … let’s keep it to a minimum of the best!

1. Triple Ginger Cookies

These spicy vegan holiday cookies are perfect for the holiday season! They have all those warming flavors that go so well with a warm hot chocolate or a delicious and festive plant-based eggnog. Plus, you can replace your tradition of baking a gingerbread house if you’re looking to keep things simple.

In our home we celebrate Chrismukkah and these Chrismukkah cookies made using the recipe from It Doesn’t Taste Like Chicken are my favorite.

What I love about this one is that it’s super easy and requires few ingredients! Plus, it’s really tasty!
