It’s getting hot here in San Francisco, and this hit the spot.  A quick and easy way to cool down and relive a childhood favorite.

A quick and easy way to cool down and relive a childhood favorite with a vegan twist.

  • 6 ounces of orange juice concentrate
  • 1/4 cup of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla
  • 1 cup of vanilla milk (almond, soy, etc)
  • 1 cup of water
  • 12 ice cubes


  • Add everything to the blender, except the ice cubes.
  • Blend together, and then add an ice cube at a time, continuing to blend.
  • Serve immediately.
