Super easy dessert for weeknight cravings! Many tube crescent rolls are magically vegan!
- 1 tube of crescent rolls
- 1 apple
- Non dairy butter (melted) or coconut oil (or any oil)
- 2 Tablespoons sugar (I used 1T brown sugar and 1T coconut sugar and Stevia )
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Preheat oven at 375°
Put sliced apples back together (as per above photo) and bake for 10 minutes.
While apples are baking, mix together sugar, cinnamon, and salt
Roll out crescent rolls and lightly brush with butter or oil and sprinkle each with a little of the sugar mixture .
Roll an apple into each crescent brush the tops with butter and sprinkle more sugar on top. Bake according to package. You will have some sugar mixture left over
