½cupof fresh blueberries (frozen would probably work too)
½teaspoonof vanilla extract
1Tablespoonof shredded coconut
2Tablespoonsof maple syrup (or any sweetener)
1cupof coconut water and almond milk with slightly more coconut water than milk
½cupof fresh blueberries (ya another one)
Blend everything together except the oats and last ½ cup of blueberries, then mix in oats and second ½ cup of fresh blueberries
Put in a jar in the fridge and it will be ready in the morning (or 6ish hours later) I LOVE mine cold but you can heat it up if you like. You might need to add more liquid. Play around with proportion of liquid to suit your taste.
Perfect for taking on the go. Assemble directly in small jars.
