I have made so many versions of split pea soup. I’m not vegan, but as we’re aging my wife and I are trying to be more free of animal products for health and the environment. This recipe is EXCELLENT. I followed your portions but made mine in our pressure cooker. Sauteed the onions, garlic and veggies then added the rest and set on soup for 45 minutes. It came out creamy and perfect.
