Golden Milk Ingredients:

  • Plant-based Milk: 1 ½ cups (you can use your preferred plant milk, whichever you have on hand)
  • Maple Syrup: 1 tablespoon (can substitute with agave)
  • Vanilla Extract: ½ teaspoon
  • Ground Turmeric: 1 teaspoon
  • Ground Ginger: ⅛ teaspoon
  • Black Pepper: just a pinch
  • Ground Cinnamon: ¼ teaspoon

How to Make Golden Milk

In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, heat the plant-based milk, maple syrup (or agave), vanilla extract, ground turmeric, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, and a pinch of black pepper, and whisk regularly for about 5 minutes.

Remove from heat and serve when it’s hot to drink but not yet boiling.
