Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups of whole plant-based milk
  • 1 tablespoon of maple syrup agave will work
  • ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon of ground turmeric
  • ¼ teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • teaspoon of ground ginger
  • Pinch of black pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, heat the plant-based milk, maple syrup (or agave), vanilla extract, ground turmeric, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, and pinch of black pepper, and whisk regularly for about 5 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and serve when it’s hot to drink but not yet boiling.
