Ingredients
  

For the Oats:

  • 1 cup of oats
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1 Tablespoon of maple syrup
  • 1 cup of plant-based milk
  • 1 Tablespoon of chia seeds

For the salted caramel:

  • 1/2 cup of coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup of maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup of peanut butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt

Instructions
 

  • Mix the oat ingredients together in a cup/jar or bowl, and let them keep them in the fridge overnight.
  • For the caramel, place the coconut oil, maple syrup, peanut butter, and salt in a bowl and microwave them for 30 seconds - mix well.
  • Serve and enjoy!
