  • 1 cup of oats

  • 1 tablespoon of maple syrup
  • 1 cup of plant-based milk
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds

  • ½ cup of coconut oil
  • ½ cup of maple syrup
  • ½ cup of peanut butter
  • ½ tsp of salt
