From immunity blends to healthy gut, super greens, energy or detox blends, all packed with superfoods, they have your health covered. Superfoods are nutritional powerhouses. They are extremely high in micronutrients like vitamins, minerals, as well as antioxidants, enzymes, and healthy fats. My favorite thing about these blends is that you can mix them into nearly any recipe from morning teas and smoothies to soups, salads, baked goods, and this creamy delicious stovetop oatmeal! With the convenience of their pre-made mixes, you can save time in the kitchen, cut down on food waste from produce expiring too soon, and develop healthier habits like cooking at home! By simply adding in powders to foods you are already making, you can improve things like mood, sleep, immunity, gut health, digestion, focus, skin, athletic performance, recovery, reduce anxiety, inflammation, and so much more!

In celebration of chocolate that’s good for you, I have the perfect stovetop oatmeal recipe to sweeten up your morning using Your Superfoods Magic Mushroom Mix. This mix tastes like hot chocolate but it’s loaded with superfoods including cacao, reishi, ashwagandha, lucuma, chaga, and cinnamon. That’s it! And if you’re now in the mood for a hot chocolate, this mix is perfect as a warm drink at night that I love making to help me relax and sleep better. These six powerful ingredients help support and strengthen your immune system, manage your stress, and enhance your mood. So enjoy the taste of this creamy cacao stovetop oatmeal while reaping the benefits of this superfood blend! Enjoy! #yoursuperambassador
