Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup of frozen strawberries
  • 1/4 of a banana
  • 1/4 cup of raw, hulled pumpkin seeds
  • 1 Tablespoon of flax seeds (or flax meal)
  • 3-4 kale leaves, de-stemmed
  • 1-2 dates, to taste
  • 3/4-1 cup of water sufficient to make smooth

Instructions
 

  • Add ingredients to blender in order given.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy, adding water as necessary to get desired smoothie consistency.
