  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/4 banana
  • 1/4 cup raw, hulled pumpkin seeds
  • 1 Tbsp flax seeds (or flax meal)
  • 3-4 kale leaves, de-stemmed
  • 1-2 dates, to taste
  • water sufficient to make smooth, 3/4- 1 cup


Step 1

Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy, adding water as necessary to get desired smoothie consistency. Enjoy!
