Ingredients
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/4 banana
- 1/4 cup raw, hulled pumpkin seeds
- 1 Tbsp flax seeds (or flax meal)
- 3-4 kale leaves, de-stemmed
- 1-2 dates, to taste
- water sufficient to make smooth, 3/4- 1 cup
Method
Step 1
Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy, adding water as necessary to get desired smoothie consistency. Enjoy!
