Using soy sauce, lemon juice, agave or maple syrup, vegetable oil, red onion, red bell pepper, garlic cloves, ginger, and basil leaves makes this tofu out of this world tasty!

You can always get creative and try different ways of slicing your tofu. In chunky squares, long strips, wedges, or small squares. We like to cut them in triangles (like in the photo above) since it makes us feel fancy. Also, it looks beautiful with the veggies and sauce on top. First, turn the tofu onto its side lengthwise, and cut it into slices. Next, cut those slices into 2 triangles. Depending on how many you want to make, you might want to double the recipe if you’re planning on serving these to family and friends. They will love it!
