I used to make this once a week. It's so easy and delicious. I'd always make it for pot lucks or parties since it's pretty quick to make and I'd always get compliments on it. Â To make it a little more filling I like to add pinto beans.
3Tablespoonsof sweetener (I used a mayple syrup agave blend) OR brown sugar if you don't have any liquid sweetner
2teaspoonsof rice vinegar
Optional- add beans to make it more filling, I like pinto
Instructions
Cook linguine according to package
While that cooks prepare the sauce by combining the garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sweetener, and rice vinegar in a small bowl and mix
Chop carrots into small matchsticks and cook with green beans until the soften a little bit (Add beans here if using)
When pasta is done, drain, and put back in the pot. Add in veggies and HALF the sauce. If you're not going to eat it right away you'll need the extra sauce because it absorbs into the noodles. So save the other half for when you're ready to eat it. Cook it just a bit to take some of the bite out of the raw garlic. Toss in cilantro once removed from heat.
Notes
To make it a little more filling I like to add pinto beans.
