Curried White Bean Dip2013-02-08

A simple but flavorful and protein-rich dip for veggies, crackers or toast!
Whip this up in less than five minutes for under two bucks!
- 1 can white beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 T. fresh lemon juice
- 2 T. olive oil
- 1 T. water
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled
- 1/2 t. curry powder
- 1/2 t. sea salt
Add all ingredients to blender or food processor. Process until smooth (a little texture is fine but be sure there are no large pieces of raw garlic.)
