Curried White Bean Dip

  • Yield : 1 1/2 C.

A simple but flavorful and protein-rich dip for veggies, crackers or toast!

Whip this up in less than five minutes for under two bucks!


  • 1 can white beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 T. fresh lemon juice
  • 2 T. olive oil
  • 1 T. water
  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled
  • 1/2 t. curry powder
  • 1/2 t. sea salt


Step 1

Add all ingredients to blender or food processor. Process until smooth (a little texture is fine but be sure there are no large pieces of raw garlic.)

    Great recipes! The “added” oils are unnecessary (they contribute to heart disease)…

      Obviously too much oil in a diet can contribute to health problems but remember our bodies do need some oils. It is easy to omit or substitute in many recipes.

      I also roasted the garlic and added it in. This is a great potluck item with veggies or crackers. Thanks!
