There is nothing attractive about soggy, brownish looking veggies, right? Well, I have great news! Roasting is the way to go, like these roasted Brussel’s sprouts with cranberries recipe! This cooking method gives them a much brighter color and makes them taste divine!
Roasted Brussel Sprouts: The Perfect Fall/Winter Side!
This recipe is such a great idea for a side dish! Eat them with some vegan pot pies or baked tofu, so delicious! It’s especially great as a Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner recipe since it’s main ingredients are so very seasonal. Would go perfect with lentil roast or vegan burgers, plus a gravy! Yum!
Ingredients
- 3 cups of brussel sprouts
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup of dried cranberries
Method
Step 1
Heat up the oven at 375 F.
Step 2
Cut the brussels sprouts in halves and season them with the olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Step 3
Place them on a baking tray and mix in the cranberries.
Step 4
Cook them at 375 F for about 30 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
