It’s time for the easiest pumpkin soup recipe you’ll ever find! So yummy and creamy! Wouldn’t this be perfect for a chilly day out? Soups are so amazing and comforting!





  • 3 cups of pumpkin
  • 2 cups of coconut milk
  • black pepper to taste
  • salt to taste
  • chili flakes
  • balsamic reduction to top with


Step 1

Cut the pumpkin in any pieces good enough to be blended later. Season the pumpkin with some salt and pepper.

Step 2

Roast the pumpkin in a baking tray. This should take about 20 minutes.

Step 3

Once the pumpkin is tender, place it in the blender with the rest of the ingredients.

Step 4

Blend until smooth. If the soup is not warm enough you can transfer to a pot and heat it up for a few minutes.

Step 5

Serve with some chili flakes on top. You can also drizzle it with some balsamic reduction.
