Oven Baked Sweet Potato Fries

Sweet potatoes have so many health benefits.  Unfortunately most folks spoil those benefits by deep frying them.  Try this easy and healthy option next time you cook up sweet potatoes. Just note, they will not be crispy.  They will be a lot more soft compared to deep fried fries, or fries baked with an oil coating.  But they are great tasting, I promise!
