  • First, preheat the oven to 450 degrees F so it will be ready when you’re done prepping the potatoes.
  • Meanwhile, scrub the outside of the potatoes well. If you want, you can also peel the potatoes.

Step 1: First, cut the sweet potatoes into fry-size pieces about ½-inch thick. Then, place the pieces in a bowl or large Ziplock/Stasher bag.

Step 2: Next, mix all the spices in a small bowl. Then, add the seasonings to the potatoes and toss until the fries are completely covered.

Step 3: Finally, spread them out on a non-stick baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 20 minutes. Then remove from the oven and serve them immediately.
