I would eat breakfast for every meal if I could. This French Toast is so easy, I might actually do that.
- 3 big slices of bread cut in half
- 1.5 Tablespoons ground flax seed
- 3/4 cup non dairy milk
- 2 Tablespoons agave
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- vegan butter for cooking (optional)
Mix together flax, milk, agave, vanilla, salt and cinnamon in a bowl large enough to lay the bread in.
Coat bread on both sides with batter then cook in a hot buttered (optional) pan. Cook on both sides until nice and golden brown.
Top with powdered sugar, fruit, agave, whatever!
