French Toast

I would eat breakfast for every meal if I could. This French Toast is so easy, I might actually do that.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 slices of bread cut in half
  • 1 ½ Tablespoons of ground flax seed
  • ¾ cup of non dairy milk
  • 2 Tablespoons of agave
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon of salt
  • ¼ teaspoon of cinnamon
  • vegan butter for cooking (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Mix together flax, milk, agave, vanilla, salt and cinnamon in a bowl large enough to lay the bread in.
  • Coat bread on both sides with batter then cook in a hot buttered (optional) pan. Cook on both sides until nice and golden brown.
  • Top with powdered sugar, fruit, agave, whatever!

Notes

Make extras and store in the fridge. Then give a quick griddle or toast to enjoy.
