This is full of yummy fruit is super refreshing. Sometimes when you’re feeling sick and need a pick me up, a smoothie is the perfect thing.
Ingredients
- 1 cup orange slices
- 1 cup mango chunks
- 1 cup chopped strawberries
- 1 cup coconut water
- a pinch of freshly grated ginger
- 1-2 cups crushed ice

Put it all in a blender and BLEND!
